Some of the Concept mixer packages include the "European dough hook" rather than the heavy duty dough hook, sometimes called the U.S. dough hook (pictured here). If you want to make more than two loaves of bread at a time in your Concept, we recommend using this heavy duty U.S. dough hook. It is 100% stainless steel, no plastic components like the Euro hook, and does an outstanding job of engaging a full load of dough for the fast, complete kneading and development of the dough gluten you need to make great bread.
