Individual Cheesecake
2- 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
Nilla Wafers
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla
in mixing bowl and beat for 5 minutes. Place
one Nilla wafer in bottom of each muffin tin with liner.
Fill 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at
350 for 15 minutes. Cool completely on cooling rack.
