Everyone loves a dozen roses, especially when they're cake roses!! This truly original cake pan lets you tell the love of your lilfe that you love them, and then have a delicious dessert all at the same time. As with all other Nordicware products, this pan is guaranteed to never stick to your cakes at all. Even if you don't spray it. In fact, you don't need to spray it at all because of the special non-stick coating that they use.
Cherry Pudding
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp soda, dissolved in 2 T water
4 T butter, melted
2 C walnuts (optional)
2 eggs
2 C flour
2 C cherries, pitted (fill cup up with juice)
Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes
pour sauce over it. Serves 16!
Sauce:
2 C brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 T flour
2 C water
1 tsp almond extract
Boil all ingredients together for a few minutes, pour on cake
